What are the main differences between the machinery directive and new regulation?
In 2023, the machinery regulation will be published and is set to replace the machinery directive after a (yet unknown) transition period. This infographic shows how this affects your user instructions. The main differences are indicated in green.
Does that mean that all instructions can simply be put online? We don't believe so. Only when, as a result of your risk assessment, it is deemed to be safe to provide the instructions in a digital format, you can do so. Curious what this could mean for you? Contact us for more info.
