SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER (32-40 hrs)
Hybrid (Remote + On-site in the Netherlands)

What you’ll do
- Research how products work (hardware, machinery, devices, tools, software, ).
- Plan and manage documentation projects, or work collaboratively as part of our team.
- Write clear, compliant, and visually engaging manuals, quick-start guides, packaging content, etc.
- Audit and improve existing manuals for legal/UX compliance (e.g. 82079, CE marking).
- Work with engineers, designers, lawyers, and product managers.
- Optionally support CMS setup, translation management, or internal AI/automation projects.
- Spend some days on-site with the team or clients in NL (flexible hybrid model).

You’re a fit if you...
| Must-have | Bonus points |
|---|---|
| 5+ years of experience in technical writing or user documentation | Knowledge of Dutch and/or German or EU regulatory landscape |
| Strong grasp of compliance & safety regulations (CE, ISO, etc.) | Familiarity with DITA, CCMS, or structured authoring |
| Excellent written English and a sense of structure, clarity, and tone | Experience working hybrid/on-site with Dutch clients |
| Independent, detail-oriented, and tech-curious | Worked in agency/freelance setup or with product teams |
