- Lennard – One of our technical writers with a background in UX design. Lennard is an expert in defining visual direction and concept development. He specialises in information design, creating intuitive instructions and visual quick start guides that help users master a product without needing to read the full manual.
- Vadim – A technical illustrator with a background in mechanical engineering. Vadim creates precision vector-based line illustrations using advanced tools—far more effective than screenshots.

We don’t reinvent the wheel with every project. Instead, we work with powerful content management systems. Our go-to tool is MadCap Flare. We are the only officially acknowledged reseller in the Benelux and also a certified MadCap trainer. This ensures:
